How To Evaluate Candidates?

To use this template, simply ask the questions, then add a score of between 1-10 for each candidate’s response. You can type in the box, what the candidate said, or any other notes you think are relevant.

Once you have gone through all the questions with your candidate, the template will automatically calculate the total score.
