Our Vision

Each day you wake up full of energy. You're excited about your business and what you will achieve today. Your mind is clear, and you’re eager to start the day.

Your business is systemized and structured well. Your company continues to grow at a steady rate. All your team members are A players, and they know exactly what to do and what is expected of them.

You've gotten things so well-organized that you're getting good at predicting growth.

You take delight at going over your monthly reports where you take a bird's-eye view of every area of the business and how much each area is improving.

For some business owners, this is their reality.

But for me, when I started out in business this is not the case. I had no idea what I was doing; I was running blind; I was asking questions and looking for answers everywhere I could. Most of which harmed me more than helped me.

After many years of failing and struggling, I started to discover what worked and what didn’t, and where I should focus my time when trying to develop a business.

As someone who continuously asks a lot of questions, I thought to myself, there must be a better way to gain business knowledge, information, and insights that are so desperately required to grow and develop a company.

I came to the realization that people need something simple to use, affordable, easy to understand and implement.

This is where I came up with the idea of the Business Evaluation Tool.

Strategy State Team

The team behind Strategy State’s website is dedicated to helping business owners and entrepreneurs grow and develop.

As folks who have developed businesses ourselves, we know how hard it is to get the right information you need.

There is a massive amount of information on the internet, but sadly much of it is fragmented, scattered or out of date. Not to mention the fluffy talk and guru’s that seem to be popping up everywhere.

The team at Strategy State are continually working hard to give entrepreneurs the most up-to-date and concise information available. Most of which can be found on our website and is free to use.

We believe that the core part of any business improvement starts with an evaluation.

Without analyzing your business, you could be making assumptions and potentially running blind.

Look, there is nothing wrong with trial-and-error, but at some point, you’re going to want to focus on tasks that are gonna make a big difference.

Often there is no one “silver bullet” that will solve all of your business challenges. Usually, it requires improving many areas of your business.

It's much easier to improve 50 small areas of your business by making a few little tweaks, rather than trying to get a “home run” on one area of your business.
